Expensive For What You Get!
Neat and clean Includes all that is needed.
Maintenance issues predominate,appears no effort to undertake maintenance.For example faded sign on washing stating it leaks!presumably onto the floor) TV Would not function even with failed attempts by the manager of camping ground next door which also manages the property.This issue is also mentioned by previous guests reviews Leaking kitchen basin fittings Toilet cistern in need of adjustment.One towel no other hand towel and one soap dispenser(quarter full ) serving both the shower and hand basin. All the dampness from plumbing issues may account for a musty smell that pervades this house.( Also commented on in previous reviews). Noise could also be an issue for some, as the building bedrooms are situated close to a a busy highway.Overall bettermaintenance is needed to make this rental better value.
